🎉 Exciting Milestone Alert: The Miners St. James in Brno! 🎉 Hey Miners Community, It’s been a month since we opened The Miners St. James in Brno, and wow, what a ride it’s been! 🚀 Let's dive into the numbers. 💰 Revenues: 615,167 CZK (€25,200) 📉 COGS: 33.57% 👩‍💼 Wages: 23.7% 🏢 Rent & Rates: 86,000 CZK (€3,520) With these figures, our EBITDA stands at a solid 94,492 CZK (€3,860). We're still waiting for some minor costs to appear, but the picture is pretty clear: BRNO HAS ROCKED! 🎸 A massive shoutout to our partner Andy for his amazing job. The energy and dedication are off the charts, and it's clear Brno loves The Miners! 🌟 Stay tuned for more updates and keep sipping that incredible coffee. Today, we opened 🥳 another location in Prague. The Miners Letna. A lovely coffee shop with a fantastic garden. It was our most robust 🚀 launch ever. If you haven't visited us today, you're lucky. :) There was a too-long queue, so I had to go to a neighbouring coffee shop to get some coffee ☕️ .

Funny story, I came for the opening party of an apartment hotel and noticed The Miners being opened here in the container

It’s a crazy week. We plan to open 5 locations within June. And here is a sneak peek into our most expensive rent.

Another location in Krakow, which reminds me The Miners Churchill a lot. Unity Tower. Schedule for October.

Today Yana, our interior designer, and I are on a trip to Krakow, visiting 2 construction sites and meeting our partners. We just went through the space in the old town. It will be awesome.

I was preparing some info for another student project and shared info for October 2021-2023. Interesting to see the change. Of course, 2021 was a COVID year with minimal operations, but I still remember worrying about whether we ever turn into a profit. Do you know that feeling? 💐if yes.
