UPDATE ON NSC 131 NH CIVIL RIGHTS CASE/FUNDRAISER We have obtained competent counsel from Massachusetts willing to argue in court on our behalf in accordance with the principles of Justice upon which our legal system is allegedly founded. The New Hampshire court has the ability if it so wishes to allow these Massachusetts lawyers to argue our case, but as of now it is refusing to do so. In light of the fact that, so far, no lawyers from New Hampshire have been willing to take our case, this decision amounts to denying us access to representation—a violation of our right to due process. We have attempted to acquire counsel local to NH, but have found none willing to serve in the Live Free or Die state. Lawyers, presumably, earn their livings by making use of their knowledge in the defense of a great variety of clients, and are judged by their ability to successfully argue the Law in the interests of those clients. It is interesting to consider the reasons why our cause in this civil case constitutes a reputational hazard for practitioners of this profession which exists to defend the rights of all accused. The prosecuting lawyers whose political allegiances can be seen in their support for things such as "Trans Hiring Events" have objected to every motion we have filed. The judge in these proceedings, David Ruoff, is co-chair of a "Diversity and Inclusion" committee and formerly worked for the same Attorney General who is now pushing this enforcement action against our Club. Along with the two named defendants, the organization itself is a named entity in this case as a so-called “unincorporated association.” This is an action against our organization, and movement, collectively. Its purpose is to attack our right to political expression through an unprecedented and contrived legal avenue. No unbiased interpreter of the Law as it pertains to the specific facts of this case could reach the conclusion that New Hampshire is made more free by an outcome which punishes the actions of our Club and its members in Portsmouth last summer. This attempt to suppress our activism has been conceived not in pursuit of Justice but by a State apparatus which has been entirely captured by anti-White partisans. We are still awaiting a ruling on our motion to dismiss and our jury demand, the right of which is also a fundamental due process issue. The prosecution has already filed an objection to both. Continuing to fund our legal defense will ensure that we are able to take the fight in this case as far as necessary, including on the basis of prejudice on behalf of the court in this initial phase. The results achieved by the Nationalist Social Club in this case will measure the value of the First Amendment in post-modern America. An outcome which serves to stifle pro-White activism in the Free State must be recognized as a dire omen and a turning point towards truly dark days for those who would hang their political hopes on the principles enshrined in the Constitution. This case would set a precedent that allows for the arbitrary suppression of speech by woke social justice activists all across the country. A Nationalist movement that cannot rally behind a cause as fundamental as ours has given up too much ground to ever be effective against the ruling establishment and its agenda, regardless of the content of individual or factional beliefs. The erosion of these basic legal principles is a grave danger. When they are gone we will have finally given up the Rule of Law in exchange for a naked tyranny empowered to crush all opposition. Politics is real because it is the conflict of real interests, real life and death are at stake no less than in what we call War. Every political actor is motivated in this way. Our enemies openly call for violence against us to the point of tedium. New Englanders are waking up to what their real interests are and who is working against those interests.
