Manipulation: The attacker can modify the data exchanged between the two parties, leading to potential unauthorized actions or information leakage. 4. 🔒 Forgetting a Kali Linux password can be problematic since it may lead to losing access to your system. However, if you have forgotten your Kali Linux password, you can reset it by following these steps: 1. Reboot your system and when the GRUB menu appears, select the Kali Linux entry. 2. Press 'e' to edit the boot options. 3. Locate the line starting with 'linux' or 'kernel' and go to the end of that line. 4. Add 'init=/bin/bash' or 'init=/bin/sh' at the end of the line. 5. Press Ctrl + X or F10 to boot with the modified entry. 6. Your system will boot into a root shell without requiring a password. 7. Enter the command 'passwd' to change the password for the user account whose password you forgot. 8. Follow the prompts to enter and confirm your new password. 9.
