Currently, this function is mainly used for web3 applications. It is not clear what other uses it will have in the future. I can't test it because Telegram has not yet pushed the source code of 10.15.x

Last time I upgrade NDK is on Apr 29, 2023. Quite long time. Well, after trying upgrading NDK for many many times, I am happy to say I finally managed to upgrade it from r23c to r26d. (r23 is a reaaaaly old version of NDK that released in 2022) With newer compiler, It might be running more fluently. 🥰Thanks to freedesktop.org for their hard work. I steal get a lot of useful code from them.
