1. PCE/PMI Week:
It's PCE/PMI Week. Volatility increases dramatically in these weeks, especially on indices. Be careful when trading indices.
2. DXY Analysis and Game Plan for the Week:
Last week we had DXY trading in DISCOUNT after taking LQ on the Daily TF. Ideally we wanted to see a BEARISH reaction from this.
After price reached the IMB and LQ above 104.500 we saw a sharp decline closing in on the DAILY OB+ showing a MSS from BULLISH to BEARISH.
Our next target would be the LQ below the 103.000 BIG FIGURE. Price created a Failure Swing in the form of a LRLR.
