| 5 | 📢 SUMMER CAMP NOTICE FOR GRADE 12 STUDENTS
Subject: Preparation for the Final Examination – Online Platform
Dear Grade 12 Students,
As part of the Summer Camp final examination, the examination will be conducted through an online platform.
Therefore, students who have access to a laptop or tablet are kindly requested to bring their devices for the final examination.
Students are expected to:
- Bring their laptop or tablet, if available.
- Ensure that the device is fully charged before the examination.
-Bring the necessary charger where possible.
Follow all instructions provided by the examination coordinators.
Note: Students who do not have access to a laptop or tablet will be supported by the Summer Camp administration with alternative arrangements.

Ethiopian Grade 12 students who have concerns about their exam results can now submit complaints directly through the official Educational Assessment and Examinations Service (EAES) results system.
EAES says complaints are handled from each student’s individual results page. Students do not need to use a separate complaint form.
How to submit a Grade 12 exam complaint:
1. Go to the official EAES results website and enter your details to view your result.
2. On your results page, look for the Action Buttons section.
3. Click “Submit Complaint” to open the complaint submission process.
4. Follow the instructions and submit the required complaint information.
5. To check what happened with a complaint you already submitted, click “My Complaints” on your results page.
Students should make sure they use the official EAES platform and carefully check their information before submitting a complaint.
