At least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet, and Email. Experience using HRM Software is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Responsible, trustworthy, and willing to learn new skills.
