If institutions buy more than 1% In any company then they can’t exit anytime as per sebi rules, but if they buy 0.79% then they can exit anytime and retailers will trap..
that's why big investors also dont invest more than 1% in controversial companies..
Now only one think can good for paytm is if they tie up with any other bank to secure thier banking services but i dont think this news can come
