Mehrere Arbeiter*innen bei Lieferando sind im Moment ohne richtige Winterausrüstung, einige sogar ohne Winterjacke! Arbeiter*innen, die im Sommer oder im Herbst angefangen haben, stehen jetzt im SCHNEE und frieren! Lieferando, ein Multi-Millionen-Dollar-Unternehmen, profitiert auf dem Rücken seiner Arbeiter*innen! Schande über Lieferando, dass sie nicht dafür sorgen, dass jede*r Arbeiter*in eine angemessene Winterausrüstung hat! Solidaritätskampagne Deshalb bitten wir dich als Arbeiter*in, wenn du alte Ausrüstungsgegenstände hast, die du nicht mehr brauchst oder haben willst, diese bitte ins Betriebsratsbüro und/oder zur nächsten Betriebsversammlung zu bringen, damit wir sie gemeinsam umverteilen können und den Arbeiter*innen helfen können, die ohne alles sind! Sag es deinen Kolleg*innen! Sammel deine alte Winterausrüstung, Handschuhe, Mützen, wasserdichte Hosen, die nicht mehr gebraucht werden, damit wir sie an bedürftige Arbeiter*innen weitergeben können!

Wolt couriers sue against wagetheft: More then 100.000 Euro missing! Court hearing: Thursday, 30.11.2023, 10:00 o’clock, Arbeitsgericht Berlin, Magdeburger Platz 1, 10785 Berlin, Room 334 At the beginning of 2023, more than 120 migrant Wolt couriers had their wages stolen after multiple months of work. Estimated at over 100.000 Euro. On April 5, 2023, more than 30 of the couriers protested in front of the Wolt headquarters in Berlin. The doors were locked, the mailbox and bell plate without a name, no one to be seen. In the meantime Wolt, like Amazon, washes its hands of the matter and rejects any responsibility. The 120 Wolt couriers allegedly do not work for Wolt because they are employed by a bogus company of the “Wolt Fleet”. On Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., Wolt will finally have to answer for its actions before the Berlin Labor Court. Wage theft, tax evasion and minimum wage violations must be addressed. Three of the 120 Wolt couriers are each suing for several thousand euros in wages. They claim their wages from Wolt because they worked for Wolt. After the court hearing on 30.11.2023 (Thursday), the couriers invite the public to a press conference in front of the labor court (beginning when the hearing ends, approximately 11:00). They want the public to know about Wolt’s business model: the #Wolt Fleet bogus subcontracting model encourages the development of criminal structures for the exploitation of the couriers and inhumane working conditions.
