Reason:
Originally in its solid state, NaCl doesn't conduct electricity due to the presence of strong ionic bond.
But in molten state, the compound will breaks into it's individual element in their ionic form i.e NaβΊ and Cl-. Which are free ions and both carry different charges which aids in the conduction of electricity
