Weird market to decide whether to accumulate altcoins or swap stable. Problem here is in every news drop such as Coinbase listing of BTC few years back that started the bullrun. They've all led to market crash and that being the top of BTC before huge sell out. But this time, with ETF approval, yes people are buying the rumours, and therefore we should be selling on the news. However, institutions aren't able to buy the rumours yet. They are still waiting for ETFs to be legalized so they can buy. Which means market can potentially go both ways since there are people who's going to sell the news and there're potential institutions waiting to legalize before buying.
