Applicability: All Scheduled Commercial Banks, except Regional Rural Banks, Small Finance Banks, and Payments Banks Staging Framework: Assets will be classified into stages (Stage 1: 12-month ECL; Stage 2: Lifetime ECL if risk has increased significantly; Stage 3: Lifetime ECL for credit-impaired assets).
