Head of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexei Klimov said that the most frequent reason for refusal to issue an e-visa is related to incorrectly filled in data on the website: 🔸 uploading low-quality photos; 🔸 errors in passport numbers, dates of birth, full name; 🔸 failure to make necessary corrections within 10 days.

Ready e-visa can also be canceled at the border by the border service of the Federal Security Service of Russia for a number of reasons: invalid passport, technical error in the passport, inconsistency of data in the passport and visa, forged passport.
