The metaphors we use to understand the world dramatically affects our experiences. Many people see life as a 'battle,' or a difficult 'test,' which assumes life is something we must endure. But there's a key shift you can make that can transform your life. The topic for this video was inspired by Dr. Jonathan Chu's wonderful video on viewing life as an open world video game.
