A powerful reminder from Shaykh Rabīʿ ibn Hādī ʿUmayr al-Madkhalī رحمه الله on safeguarding one’s religion and īmān, holding firmly to the Qur’ān and Sunnah, lowering the gaze, avoiding sins and placing complete trust in Allāh for one’s provision.
In an age where worldly comfort can easily take precedence over the wellbeing of our religion, this is an important reminder: our provision has already been decreed, but our responsibility is to worship Allāh and strive to preserve our īmān.
