Hello ..I don't know the Kay of the land where you are ..to get my community up who was a housing estate with a postage stamp size garden each I went door to door to ask them would they be interested in giving five hours a week growing food.. we went to farmers and asked them for right of use of their fields ..in Manchester a guy dug his mother's garden over to grow food in the COVID hoax and the whole street and the next turned their gardens into food supplies. We took 32 acres on and stood up against the council with 40 armed police in the end.. see Eco Warriors Bournemouth and Poole Free organic energy project ..this formed splinter groups all over the area growing food in small communities ..to start with you make flyers for a community meeting organic food producing set a venue a time and a place near to you.. and just be there..build it and people will come ..at this point you built nothing just shared a space to encourage a sharing of ideas and offers of what energy and skill you have ..leave a book on the table for everyone to write their details in ..offer a bit of home cooked food and tell us when it is we will have a translator ..don't make it anything about discharging debts at this point..see what people are prepared to offer and then when you have found your core people then build from there a structure for others to be encouraged to adopt
