Dear 2nd year ECE students(new family of ece)
We extend a warm welcome to all of you as you embark on your journey in our departmentππ. We would like to provide some guidance on how to approach your courses and the recommended reading materials for each one.
1. EMF Course (EPCE Department):
Recommended Book: "Electromagnetics" by Matthew N. O. Sadiku.
This course is not overly difficult, but it requires your attention and focus.
2. Signal and Synthesis (ECE Department):
Recommended Book: "Linear Systems and Signals" by B. P. Lathi and Roger Green.
This course demands careful study, so be sure to allocate sufficient time for it.
3. Engineering Application (ECE Department):
This is a code-based course, and the instructor's PowerPoint presentations will suffice as study materials.
4. Computational (EPCE Department):
The instructor's PowerPoint presentations will be comprehensive enough for this course, as it primarily involves simple mathematics. Rest assured, you have a good chance of achieving an A+ grade.
5. History (School of Humanities):
Recommended Module: MOE (Ministry of Education) module.
This course falls under the School of Humanities, and the recommended module for study is the MOE module.
Once again, we want to welcome you to our ECE Unity family. This channel and community are yours, so please feel free to reach out and engage with us at any time.
ADDITIONALLY TO STAY IN EACH COURSE, IT IS MANDATORY TO REFER TO OTHER REFERENCES AND ENGAGE IN QUESTIONING.
Best wishes!!
