Tech already blew up twice in recent years, once when SVB went tits up and then again in October 2023 and the fed just papered over it with money printing. The biggest signal being sent to markets isn’t the tariffs themselves but that we’ve ended the era of immediately papering over losses with government policy.

every analysis also seems to be deliberately ignoring that the tariffs are designed to enable huge slashing of income tax.
so wages should increase as a factor of additional labor demand, income tax also goes lower, and consumer prices go up marginally. ok? who cares?

Improved competitiveness of American goods in American marketplaces is long-term very beneficial for American labor.
