🌟 Celebrating Diversity, Honouring Culture with Brickland 🌟 Get to know Mdm Siti, a dedicated volunteer at Brickland who has a deep appreciation for typewriters dating back to the 1980s. She firmly believes that the typewriter is more than just a tool - it is a conversation starter and a symbol of timeless communication that can bridge gaps between people of different languages and backgrounds. On Singapore's Racial Harmony Day, Mdm Siti brought together a diverse group of over 100 Bricklanders spanning different ages, cultures, and races to set a Singapore Books of Records together for, “the most number of personalised messages typed from a vintage typewriter”. The heartfelt messages created during this event will be proudly showcased at Brickland's upcoming National Day Party at Block 808 - Choa Chu Kang Ave 1, where the community will gather to commemorate our shared heritage. Brickland is excited to unveil the soft launch of our Activity Centre at Blk 811A, Choa Chu Kang Ave 7, now featuring a refreshed look! When fully operational, this centre will temporarily house Brickland's Constituency Office, offering government services and greater convenience to our residents. The hub will introduce a SMART manless system for easy facility bookings and serves as a knowledge incubator for youths.
