Al-Qurtubi (رحمه الله) relates the following fatwa concerning the Sufis in his tafsir: May Allah have mercy upon you; the path of the Sufis is futile activity, ignorance, and misguidance. Islam is only the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger. As for dancing/raks and entering a state of wajd (ecstasy), the first people to introduce this were the men of al-Sāmirī. When al-Sāmirī made for them a calf from the bellowing body, they danced around it and entered a state of ecstasy; therefore, this is the religion of the disbelievers and the worshippers of the calf. As for the Prophet (SAW), he would sit together with his Companions, due to his solemnity and dignity, as though there were birds upon their heads. For this reason, it is necessary for the sultan and his assistants to prevent them from being present in the mosques and other places. It is not lawful for anyone who believes in Allah and the Last Day to associate with them or to assist their falsehood.

We don’t share the same aqeedah with him, we don’t view him as a Muslim - may Allah guide him and us - but this is oppression and Muslims should never hesitate to speak out against oppression no matter what the identity/religion/beliefs of the oppressed is.

Nikah is the most easiest Sunnah to follow...... Just do :; --Nikah in masjid, --A small Walima with close relatives and dear ones at home. Perform Hajj/Umrah. Buy things that you both need/want instead of wasting on Gair Sunnah wedding. Trust me no one cares about your 18d buffet,tulips and tuxedo. At most muslim wedding the only Halal thing is the meat. Stop wasting money on expensive marriage halls,unnecessary decorations,filled with music,free-mixing and no haya,wasting food and show off. Stop trying to please the creation instead of Allah. If you begin marriage with Haram,don't expect "Barakah". Nikah is easy,you only need : --The bride --The groom --The wali of the bride --2 Males witnesses. That's it....!!!!! And it is not compulsory that you start living together of the first day.The man can still keep hustling to afford a home.The girl can still keep living with her parents. Stop over complicating marriages. This is the reason why youth is inclined to haram. You don't need to finish your degree to marry. Do everything side by side.However I won't be extreme at the same time,there are exceptions,of course... I.e financial barriers. But if Allah has given you the bare minimum essentials to marry,with a potential match with a righteous man/woman. Early marriage fulfill your loneliness,it helps you in emotional and physical needs. Share it for sadqa e jariya🌹

Praying Behind Imams in Darul Kufr Whose Aqeedah Is Completely Unknown Voting is major shirk. Whoever commits major shirk is a mushrik, and there is no exception to this principle except in the case of ikrah (duress). Given that a large majority of the population, including a large majority of those who claim to be Muslims, commit acts of shirk, it is not the position of our madhhab to pray behind an imam whose aqeedah is completely unknown. When the fitnah concerning the claim that the Qur’an was created became widespread, Imam Ahmad (rh) advised his friend Suhaib to refrain from praying behind those whose aqeedah was unknown. If, even in an Islamic state, during the era of the Tābiʿeen and those who followed them, Imam Ahmad (rh) refrained from praying behind imams whose beliefs were unknown when deviations such as the Qadariyyah, Muʿtazilah, and Jahmiyyah were widespread, and when some of these matters were not as clear as they are today, with shirk and kufr being hidden in matters of belief, unlike today when they are outwardly apparent, then consider what Imam Ahmad’s fatwa would be concerning the situation today. Today, our lands are governed by man-made laws, all forms of shirk are openly committed. People pray to graves, and the right to legislate is given to members of parliament. And in so-called masjids in the West, politicians are invited to solicit votes, and in some cases, even ballot boxes are placed inside the masjid. It's not hard to imagine what Imam Ahmad's fatwa would be in such circumstances. Some Muslims in the West go to a random masjid with good intentions, where they pray behind an imam whose beliefs are unknown. Time goes by and eventually they start talking about the deen and they realise some people in the masjid need dawah. They mention things like democracy being shirk, voting being shirk etc. Or they ask the imam about these things to know what they believe. What happens next is even though the Muslim has no association whatsoever with any organisation, the imam reports them to the government, just because they spoke about kufr bit taghut. At the very least they kick them out of the mosque and tell them not to come again. Additionally, many of these masjids are built for the purpose of spreading democracy, support for the tawaghit or interfaith dialogue. They are masjid al-Dirar. For these reasons, we advise Muslims to avoid praying behind imams/jama'ah whose aqeedah is completely unknown. #Aqeedah@kufrbittaghut1

Saudi Preacher Khalid Al-Rashid's Imprisonment Marks 20 Years Sheikh Khalid Al-Rashid, who called for protests against the insulting cartoons depicting the Prophet (SAW) published in Denmark in 2005, was arrested by the Saudi authorities on charges of inciting fitnah. Born in 1970, Khalid Al-Rashid was arrested in Mecca in 2006 while performing Umrah and subsequently imprisoned. It is reported that he has been subjected to ill-treatment and torture while in prison.
