How to simply update your device with the built-in manual update tool.
First, find out what build you are running. Go into Settings -> About Phone -> Software Info
If your build has EEA in it, you are on the European build. Everyone else is on Global.
Steps to manually update:
1. Grab your favourite file manager.
2. Create a folder in the root of storage named 'ota'
3. Copy the correct version of the update file (links below) into the folder you just created.
4. Go into your dial pad and type *#*#682#*#*
5. You will see the manual update utility launch.
6. It should scan and find your previously downloaded update file.
7. Tap it to begin the update.
8. Grab a cuppa, it will take about 10-15 minutes for it to complete.
9. Enjoy your shiny new update.
