Islamic Resistance commander in an exclusive field interview with AlMayadeen: -The ["israeli"] army is mobilized in 2 areas along the Southern [Lebanese] front: the Golan and the Galilee where the 91st Galilee Division and Golani Brigade are deployed along the border. After Al-Aqsa Flood operation on October 7, the "israelis" greatly increased their preparedness along this front; they reinforced the 146th Division, intelligence, airforce, and missile and artillery firepower. Meaning, the "israelis" were on high alert on the Lebanese front on October 7. -The Islamic Resistance was prepared on an operational level, ready to combat any aggression our lands may be subjected to, and also in order to carry out any operations ordered by the leadership. -The military operations began on October 8. However, the more significant accomplishment was attracting a large portion of "israeli" forces from internal [Palestinian] fronts towards the Lebanese one, which contributed to decreasing the pressure against our brothers in Gaza. -After that, the operations in the Shebaa Farms began, and continued to spread, reaching all enemy outposts and sites from Ras al-Naqoura in the West, all the way to the Shebaa Farms in the East, across a distance exceeding 100 km. This was the first accomplishment: distracting the enemy. The second significant accomplishment was blinding the enemy, preventing them from continuing their surveillance activity. This was done across 2 phases: 1. targeting surveillance and technical equipment, whose task is to monitor the surrounding of these outposts and the bordering area 2. targeting primary outposts, which were of great significance [to the enemy] in Lebanon and the region, and carried out significant surveillance tasks, the most important one being the Jal al-Allam site in the Western sector, and al-Abbad site in the Eastern sector. -Another primary achievement is the destruction of the enemy's material and human capabilities across these outposts, most prominently, the destruction of Merkava tanks, a number of which were targeted and destroyed with ATGMs. -More significant accomplishments include: destroying a large portion of the bordering "israeli" sites, which were directly attacked with gunfire, artillery, and highly destructive [fire] projectiles. This forced the enemy to situate outside these sites, and completely abadon some. -More significant accomplishments: targeting the "israeli" internal front with rocket salvos and disrupting the Iron Dome in several areas, most prominently: the recent attacks on "Kiryat Shmona," Golan sites, and the enemy's sanctuaries in Zaoura and Wadi el-Assal in Shebaa. -This takes us to a key achievement, which is the setting of equations where the Islamic Resistance responded to enemy attacks on Iqleem Al-Tuffah by widening the scope and quality of its attacks against deeper enemy targets, with the goal of deterring [the enemy]. -To our brothers in Palestine and in Gaza specifically, we, your brothers in the Islamic Resistance send our salutations of glorification and reverence, and sincere congratulations on your incomparable, grand achievement; the achievements which were made through the Al-Aqsa Flood operation that was carried out by Ezzedine Al-Qassam Brigades, and on your legendary courage and resilience in combating the enemy with great bravery, steadfastness, and intrepidity. -a message from the Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance on the frontline: to our people in Gaza and Palestine, your heroic operation caused the enemy's soldiers and intelligence to admit defeat before you. Part of the problem with all these defeatists questioning the Resistance's operations against "israel" at the northern border is they think the Resistance is just a bunch of men with guns, shooting randomly and indiscriminately at metal towers that serve no purpose. The operations of the Islamic Resistance are carried out with very high precision, and after years and years of intelligence work that resulted in a very thorough understanding of the exact task carried out by each and every one of these outposts and the troops operating there. This is made clear in the footage released by the Islamic Resistance Military Media, which does not only showcase the accuracy of the strikes themselves, but also offers a detailed explanation of what the outpost serves, the type of equipment that was targeted, and its importance.
