"What the mind of man can conceive and believe, the mind of man can achieve." The book I’ll be sharing learnings from in the next couple of days is one of the most loved and, at the same time, one of the most disliked books in the world. Yes, both at the same time. It talks about power, how power works, how people use it, and how you can understand and handle it. But before we get into these learnings, there is one thing I want to make very clear. These learnings are a supplement, not the core food. Your core strength should always come from your fundamentals. Keep working on your skills, your character, your responsibilities, your relationships, your health, and most importantly, your assigned karm. Use these learnings to enhance your capabilities, not to replace the foundation you are building. And one thing I always say at the beginning of every session we have done so far: These are my thoughts and my understanding based on my experiences, observations, and the things I have learned. You have every right to agree with them, disagree with them, or question them. Always keep a filter in your brain. Listen first. Read first. Understand first. Then process. Accept what makes sense to you and reject what doesn't. And while doing that, try to look at things as a third person. Don't blindly accept something just because someone said it confidently or because it is written in a popular book. Take the learning. Question it. Think about it. Then decide whether it deserves a place in your life.

So, I’m thinking of sharing some real, practical, and implementable learnings from the 20–25 books I’ve read so far, around communication, personality, mindset, relationships, business, and, of course, people. Not just quotes or book summaries, but things we can actually apply in our lives. What do you guys think? Should I? πŸ‘€

Day 3 What is the one thing u are doing to make urself best? Remember ssb, life ya khuch bhi ek din me shi nhi hota, Ye 15 OLQ's, achi body ek din me nhi banegi Good morning ✨🧿

How many of you read books?

The more real power you gain, the quieter and calmer you become. Good morning ✨🧿

In the end, it’s not about what you get, but about who you become.

75% is gone!! 25% is left. Make it the best!!! For many, winter arc is coming. Don't overplan, which makes you give up in the first few days. Give time, think practically, add small, simple disciplines. Remember, consistency beats everything, every time. 3 months. Do aura maxxxking of your parents and of yourself too. So that they can proudly say, "Mera beta/beti hai ye." Give them one more reason to believe in you. Let you see how capable you are, how much power God has given to you, which is still waiting to get unlocked. Remember, my friend, This is your story. You can change it anytime. Just one rule: Work on yourself and get better than yesterday. Feeling lonely? No worries, just Work. Feeling sad or guilty about past actions? No worries, just Work. Feeling tired, pride? No worries, Just work. Yaad rakhna, Ek aur KAL NAHI AYEGA. Apka apna, SAHIL CHAUDHARY (This isn't to motivate you, just to remind you that you aren't born to stay mediocre.)

Last time when you praised your mom? Your sister? Your brother, father, or your friend? Think about it. Many times, we keep chasing things. Almost every second goes into wanting something, asking for something, planning something, or worrying about what comes next. But in all of this, aren't we missing one most vital thing? Yes, we are. We are missing the habit of appreciating and valuing the people and things we already have. And believe me or not, this one simple quality of reminding people how valuable they are in your life doesn't just bring a smile to their face, it also improves you as a person. It develops a person inside you who starts valuing the people around him, noticing the good in them, appreciating them, and taking better care of them. So guys, I know bahut mehnat kar rahe ho apne aim/goal/dream (or whatver your call it) ke liye. But is sab ke beech, aaj thoda time nikalo. Tell your loved ones how much you value them and how special they are to you. Hug your mom. Praise your sister for her work, her efforts, or even her looks. Praise and hug your father. Tell your brother something you genuinely appreciate about him. Even these little gestures can bring a huge smile to their face. You will see, khilkhila jayenge woh. 🌻 Praise your mom for how good the food she prepared was. Praise your sister for something she did well. Appreciate your father's efforts. Tell your brother that you are proud of something he has done. And try this. Once a day, genuinely praise someone around you. But remember, that praise should come from the heart. Because most of us want to do so many things for our family and the people we love, right? We want to give them a better life. We want to make them proud. We want to take care of them. So in this hustle of building your future, don't forget to make them a part of your journey. Jo ye DMs mein likhte ho na... "Depression ho raha hai." "Ye chhod ke chala gaya." "Wo chhod ke chali gayi." "Positive nahi soch pa raha." "Focus nahi ho pa raha." Dheere dheere, ye sab cheezein tumhe un logon se door kar sakti hain jo actually tumhare paas hain. So mannn just come out of reels/yt shorts and start making the people around you happy. Genuinely praise them. Har kisi ke andar ek na ek quality hoti hai jo bahut achhi hoti hai. Bas us ek quality ko dekho. Look for the gold, not the sand. "In sand, dig for gold and focus on the gold." Ek achha insaan woh hota hai jo apne aas paas ke logon ko samajhta hai, unki achhai ko notice karta hai, aur unke achhe kaam ke liye unhe genuinely appreciate karta hai. So today, before you go back to chasing your next goal, look around you. Maybe the people you are looking for are already there. Bas unhe thoda sa appreciate karna hai.

Abhishek Soni,a defence aspirant and AFCAT recd, AIR 209 AFCAT 1 2025 Currently need our help . His father Rajesh Soni (43, from Rewa, MP), has been diagnosed with advanced sinus cancer. The tumor is growing very fast, it has already broken through his facial bones, completely blocked his nose, and reached the muscles under his left eye. Doctors say we have to act immediately to save his life and his eyesight. His treatment is going to be a long, tough journey involving chemotherapy, a major surgery to remove the tumor, facial reconstruction, and 6 weeks of daily radiation. We are moving him to a specialized cancer hospital and using his Ayushman Card, which covers the main surgery, but the hidden costs are completely crushing us. Being far away from home, we are drowning in out-of-pocket expenses for expensive injections, special nutrition, daily tests, and accommodation for us to stay by his side during the months of radiation. His father is everything to our family, and it is heartbreaking to see him in this much pain. We really cannot handle this massive financial burden alone. Please donate whatever small amount you can and share this message with others, your help can save his dad's life. His Telegram Id if u have any queries @Abhishek_7354
