IMHO - if you use a phone/computer - they watch you. Texts, bank accounts, purchases, emails, pharmacy, medical, mental health…EVeRYThING. I would go so far as to say with all that, they can even predict everything about you. So I use it sure, but knowing it’s the evil tool that it is. Everything in this world is currently filled with landmines from every direction. You just get skilled at knowing where they are and avoid.

I ended up with Macarons ( egg whites, almond flour, sugar). When I spoke to the bakery girl she said they do use seed oils in some things, she could only confirm the macarons were safe. Then I rescued a ‘money plant’ from certain death. BUT>>>>>>> I thought it was the silver dollar money plant, so still questing for that one.
