re XRP: Ok, let's NOT get overly excited here. Crypto markets are going NUTS with over 25%+ price increases on XRP. This is a GREAT thing... BUT still going to federal trial, and the SEC lawsuit will continue at the federal level. They're NOT out of the woods yet, BUT IMHO, the crypto markets will rally on any good news, and this is a GREAT minor win. Most will watch the spike and sell at the top, whenever that is. And we may end up being in a similar situation until the eventual federal ruling, and I believe that case is scheduled for Sept. But I'm personally gonna ride a wave till it peaks. Ripple Labs scored a victory in the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York on July 13 as Judge Analisa Torres ruled in favor of the company in a case brought forth by the Securities and Exchange Commission dating back to 2020. According to documents filed on July 13, Judge Torres has granted summary judgement in favor of Ripple Labs allowing that the XRP XRP tickers down $0.60 token is not a security. The SEC lawsuit sought to compel Ripple to stop offering its XRP token under the premise that XRP was a security and, thus, required additional regulation. Per court documents viewed by Cointelegraph: “Defendants’ motion for summary judgment is GRANTED as to the Programmatic Sales, the Other Distributions, and Larsen’s and Garlinghouse’s sales, and DENIED as to the Institutional Sales.” Within a matter of minutes after the news broke, the price of XRP has catapulted from $0.45 to $0.61. This puts the token up over 25% as of the time of this article’s publishing. The case against Ripple has been ongoing since December 2020 when the SEC sued Ripple and its two chief executives, Brad Garlinghouse and Chris Larsen, over allegations the company was offering an unregistered security. Over the past three years, the case has had its fair share of dramatic intrigue, including the release of the “Hinman Documents” and ongoing defiance in the face of the SEC’s accusations from Garlinghouse. Along with the palpable movement demonstrated by the XRP token pumping on the news, the overall sentiment across the crypto community appears to be one of jubilation. Ultimately there's a good news reason for this. Here's a 2 min read why: It's because we're getting closer to launching the i2 Blockchain System and going public w/ our first Private ZDKL Pre-ICO sale. And we officially now have a legal dept within i2 & INFYNIT. And 3 weeks ago, our legal dept implemented a new "legal review process" that must go through all of our content, even the emails we send to you. It's been painful, and a big learning curve vs. how we've done things to date. But as many of you may know/think/believe, we really do hope that what we've patiently built here over the past almost 3 years, INFYNIT, i2 & ZDKL is and will be a big deal for Humanity. There are already major Blockchain experts expressing their opinion that the i2 Blockchain Economy System & ZDKL may be one of the most valuable Blockchain projects ever. As a result of the current now $1.2 Trillion Global Crypto landscape going legal, i2's strong legal and regulatory position, and the 100% insurance that will be offered to qualified i2 user's assets (of which we're not aware of any other solution offering this). And as we've been patient thus far, even though it's been painful, trust me, I can't wait to be back in touch regularly and daily! We're willing to continue to do this, being patient and doing things properly legally, even with our content and communications from now on, to ensure that this solution, this community, makes the most significant and positive impact on Humanity now and well into the future.
