Hi everyone, I need some help. I ended up opening emergency savings accounts to help me save up for medical treatment; I'm going to have an electrocardiogram (ECG), Luckily I have half the money for it, but I still need the rest! I have health insurance, but I want to pay out of pocket; otherwise, they will deduct it from my salary.
