Phaver and Spindl Launch Web3 Social Ads with Token Buybacks As the first of many initiatives to boost $SOCIAL demand, we are soon rolling out Web3 ads tied to token buybacks. To start, 50% of all ad revenue is used to buy $SOCIAL back from the market to equally reward all holders. This model boosts additional demand for the token and provides longevity for the reward economy, as the buyback tokens will either be burned to decrease token supply permanently when needed, or redistributed to users during periods of faster user growth to ensure the economy is balanced. We do not use any invasive tracking for the ads; they seamlessly blend into the feed and can also be opted out from with Points or $SOCIAL after the pilot. It’s set for October 24th, 30 days after launch, but users raised two issues: 1️⃣ Many people’s Cred Cycles reset soon, making it hard to reach new levels like the upcoming Level 6, and 2️⃣ New users don’t have enough time to catch up, and CEX staking campaigns have reduced the 30-day holding average displayed in the app dashboard for many existing users.
