Have a great day!!! If you’re feeling unmotivated just get up and sit at your desk. That’s a start. Showing up is a start. That’s half the battle won already! Then start on one question… two… then three… and in no time you’ll have completed an entire paper! If one paper (or less) is all you can do today, that’s okay too. When you’re unmotivated your main aim is to build that intrinsic motivation to study rather than push yourself so hard you burn out. So start small and ease yourself into it. Some work is better than no work. Some work is better than five days’ worth of work in one day but then you burn out and don’t do anything for the rest of the month.

it’s exam season… the time of the year when everything seems to be heading downhill. it’s a good time to remind ourselves that we’re not alone and we don’t have to fight our battles solo. don’t be cooped up at home mugging for the entire day. study with your friends, make time for your family, consult your teachers… you’re not alone and there are people who care for you and want to do everything in their power to help. things will get better ❤️
