Im Laufe von 13 Jahren hat sich im Rahmen der nationalsozialistischen Partei eine Summe von persönlichen Energien gefunden, angefangen vom kleinen Block= und Zellenwart herauf bis zum Ortsgruppenleiter, bis zum Kreisleiter, bis zum Gauleiter, bis zum Reichsstattleiter herauf, bis zum Reichsleiter; auf allen Gebieten ist eine ungeheure Auslese eingetreten.
