📍Interview is a reflection of your life's journey. The path to Dholpur house is different for everyone.
📍The choices that you make are not supposed to be defended- defence comes from insecurity- there is no need to be insecure of who you are as you can't control what had already happened.
📍Interview is based on your DAF( not necessarily always- it depends on the age , number of attempts and other factors sometimes) because that is a way to get insight into your journey and the maturity you display
📍So current affairs is not just about collecting information and presenting it- they would rather have an automated bot collect and give them that information - interview is about being human- a good mix of emotional awareness and logical exposition is needed which is checked through your answers.
✅ So it is important to have a road map- Document your journey and all the possible questions at one place and execute the plan before you even think of any mock.

UNCCD- What is desertification?- understand that environmental problems dont stop at political boundaries- climate issues are global and hence global level efforts- how else would you explain desert storms in the middle east?
Probable questions? :
Q) How does land use pattern affect the sustainability of life on earth? What needs to be done to achieve the objective of land degradation neutrality- (A state whereby the amount and quality of land resources, necessary to support ecosystem functions and services and enhance food security, remains stable or increases within specified temporal and spatial scales and ecosystems)
GS-4 Ethics : What should be the basis of environmental ethos? How nationalism is a parochial view when it comes down to nature conservation?- ( look at the highlighted aspects)
GS2 : Role of civil soceity- Note down the examples highlighted in olive green in last but one paragraph

📍In the beginning days of Interview prep- Just focus on your DAF- Things not to do
⚜️1. Focussing too much on panel members background and changing your DAF based on that
⚜️2. Data analysis of marks sheets of panels ( save this for later phase of your prep)
⚜️3. Not filling the DAF without introspection - Every person's life choices are different- Make an informed decision.

⚠️UPDATE - During the DAF analysis, while speaking to some of the candidates, I realised this point- the practical ground realities of the different services and cadres combined with the rationale behind putting details on DAF must be very clear to you- Introspect before you blindly mimic your seniors.
