The Fellowship is a semester-long leadership development program on your campus to take your social impact to the next level. +6UNAET-WKU has successfully delivered basic Human Rights Training for Abba Franso High School students.
The training was organized by UNA-ET WKU Chapter and the Vice President of Research and Community Services of Wolkite University with material support of Youth 4 Human Rights International organization aimed to raise awareness about human rights issues and empower high school students to become advocates for social justice in their communities. The event took place at Wolkite University, providing an opportunity for students to experience a university setting and interact with university students.
The students were also given a case in which they presented how they will advocate the issue depending on the lessons they have learned in the training.The event fostered a sense of social responsibility, inspired future leaders, and promoted a culture of human rights awareness and advocacy.
