Dear students, the American Chamber of Commerce is seeking a diligent and organized Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Director in organizing and promoting the Chamber's activities and events. Terms: Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00). Trial period: From three to six months. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare all correspondence and office support, including event notices and member communications. 2. Maintain the Chamber's database and manage data entry tasks. 3. Distribute information via bulk email and annual mailings. 4. Handle invoice membership renewals, monitor dues collection, and assist the accountant. 5. Organize Chamber events, including Board Meetings, luncheons, networking events, and more. 6. Assist in event preparation activities, such as pre-registration, venue booking, and food ordering. 7. Attend events to manage registration and reception tasks. 8. Provide support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors. 9. Assemble new member kits and engage in community activities. Required Qualifications: 1. University degree. 2. Fluency in English, Uzbek, and Russian. 3. Excellent writing skills. 4. Relevant work experience is welcomed. 5. Experience in project management. 6.
