š Some useful tips and practices for attempting "Prelims Tests" and making the most out of it-
1. š§ Train the Brain: Our brain not only picks up textual and visual information but also the Circumstances, Weather, Surroundings and Timings. You may have experienced it with Perfumes. When you come across a fragrance of an old perfume (even after many years), you instantly remember everything related to it, the timing, the people, the places. Right? That's our brain being super efficient.
So it is advisable to give the tests in appropriate surroundings and on official timings to make the brain 'used to' of it. It can put off some pressure and shock in real exam.
How exactly?
- For surroundings, sit alone and in a peaceful and silent room, use a chair and empty table (not bed).
- For timing, give GS tests in the morning shifts (9:30 to 11:30 AM) and CSAT Tests in second shift (2:30 to 4:30 PM).
ā³ You'll realise its benefit in the examination hall.
Next tips to be continued in later Posts . . .
Good Luck āØ
