June is men's mental health awareness month. White men are the most affected major group when it comes to these issues. In the United States, White men account for 70% of all suicides. In Britain, White men make up the vast bulk of suicides, and have a rate more than three times that of women. These same trends in male-dominated suicide hold true in Germany, Sweden, and almost all White countries. 40% of men never speak to anyone about their mental health. The fluid nature of modern society: divorce, brief unfulfilling relationships, lowering job opportunities, and loss of status in communities contribute significantly to the modern mental health crisis in men. Or, to put it another way: the anti-White system is causing millions of men various mental health crises. Because policymakers have thus far refused to take any action to rectify the situation we must be there for each other. If you see a fellow man in distress, reach out. If your family members appear down, reach out. If you can give someone help, do so. Together the community of men, and women, who make up the growing nationalist movement can, at least in our communities, tackle this crisis.

In 1951 England was 99.83%. Even 40 years later in 1991 the country was still 93.8% White and overwhelmingly native British. By 2001 the native British had fallen below 87% of the English population. Now, as of the 2021 census, the British population of England sits at just 73.5%. In just 30 years the non-White population of England has ballooned from three million to more than 11 million. All the while the British government, led by a man who is not even British himself, jails advocates, such as Sam Melia, who stand up for the native British in their own homeland. "Brief: Scottish Demographics" Scotland's census results on race and ethnicity paint a mixed picture. Whites retain a healthy 92.9% share of the Scottish population, but the share is declined more in the decade between 2011 and 2022 than it did in the 30 years before 2011. The share of native Scots has decreased by 6.25 points from 83.95% in 2011 to 77.7% in the 2022 data. The number of native Scots declined by 200,000, while the population of ethnic minorities increased by 177,000. The Black African population of Scotland doubled from 29,000 in 2011 to 58,000 in 2022. While the Asian population increased by 140,000. On the positive side, Scotland gained 43,100 speakers of Gaelic and Scots, and the youth population of the country remains overwhelmingly White.
