On September 9, 2023, I purchased an administrative position at Clips Public Stock, later renamed Clips MP. At the time of purchase and at the time of removal, I agreed and never broke any rules that were listed and given to me (https://imgur.com/a/yyQTNab). The rules clearly state that if there is suspicion or low-quality behavior, your admin can be removed at any time. I was never warned or messaged about any violations of these rules. The owner of the marketplace, @hqmonkey, was interested in selling the marketplace to another user known as @venoqs/@zenoo. I was in voice chat with the user on the date of purchase, and almost immediately after purchase, my admin was removed and never reinstated. I asked Venqos for my admin back verbally in voice chat and never got a response. I later messaged the user about getting a refund for my admin due to me never breaking any rules or selling something that was within violation (https://imgur.com/a/LsS9Aj2). The user demanded that I pay an additional $70 on top of the $50 I paid originally. Venqos claims that Clips agreed to let him remove the admins from the channel, which is not true. Venqos sent a screenshot of the TOS mentioned above (https://imgur.com/a/yyQTNab), which does not list that any admin can be removed without reason or suspicion. Additionally, Clips clearly stated this in his private messages, with the user stating not to remove admins (https://imgur.com/a/PBvStYT). I am not alone in this battle for a refund or re-instated admin. @japgon, @txmp, @linobtc, and more are also without admin and their money. I confronted Venqos about this, and the user claims that he can't give me my admin back due to me selling "black knights," which apparently breaks the rule of posting accounts under $100. I have never publicly released the amount I sell an account for and have never posted a bin on my accounts. Venqos is assuming the value of my account but does not know the purchases I have or the price they pay for my product. (https://imgur.com/a/fi2OnCo)
