نشرح الشرح الي موجود بالاثنين بس الفرق الأساسي لازم نكتبه هو انه golden للسيرم و yellow للبلازما
Q4/ what is becten joanes hormone and is it a significant factor related to multiple myeloma?
Ans:- becten joanes is a hormone synthesized by the kidney . It is excreted in urine in large amounts in the case of multiple myeloma since its presence is limited to be even seen an increase in its concentration indicates a problem / disease ( multiplemyeloma) .
So it's a significant factor relating to multiple myeloma.
Q5/ why don't we use total calcium in the case of acidosis and alkalosis?
Ans: because calcium ions is the active form of calcium and is responsible for the biological function , it's comprise about 50% of the total calcium circulating in the body . Also acidosis leads to increase in the free- ionized calcium and alkalosis leads to increase in the binding of calcium ions , reduction of free ionized Ca ( but the total calcium is normal )

depend only on the serum test why?
Ans:- because urine estimation test is more specific and sensitive than copper serum test . Also the urine estimation test gives the total of the body in contrast to the serum test which indicates the amount of copper in the blood stream supplying an organ.
The urine estimation test takes about 24 hours .

وسؤال عن lipemia شرح يريد موجود ب اخير سلايد ب ملزمة iron .
وسؤال يمكن اجى عن اخير سلايد ب ملزمة lipase مال شنو فائدة معرفة lipase .
ب محاضرة stone analysis عندك جدول بس حفظ اللون مال كل مادة
ف بالدور الأول اجى uric acid و calcium و oxalate يمكن بس ذولي .
وسؤال اشرح عن micoalbumin creatinen ratio موجود ب ملزمة blood sugar اخير وحدة .
وسؤال جان انه ليش نستخدم amylase test مو lipase بالغالب وموجود تلكاه بالتلخيصات 🫠💔 ما اتذكر وين بالضبط صراحة. بس هي موجود يعني ضمن ملزمة amylase.
واشرح الجدول الي موجود ب محاضرة calcium هو اجى كله سؤال إنما مجرد اكتبه ب هيئة شرح وخطوات.
حسب ما اتذكر يمكن اجى عل zinc انه شنو اله علاقة بالمناعة والخ.
اجى سؤال عن وظائف الكالسيوم بس ما اتذكر صراحة شنو جان بالضبط .
ال values مال HBA1C اخير سلايد و يمكن اجى اعراض ومنها لازم تعرف هذا diabetes الأول لو الثاني هيج شيء بس والله حسب الي اتذكرته 🥲🙏🏻 | 627 |
