Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle can be well understood through this model -
Put a dot 🔴 on one of fan's wing. When fan is off, you have the position of electron as electron itself is in rest during this moment.
As soon as you turn on the fan, the red dot appears to be everywhere moving on the circle, you can't determine it's exact position but you know it can be anywhere around that circle.

Peaceful Agreement vs Agreement after Fight.
You see, both of these are the ways to establish "common ground" and "Agreement" between two parties.
If someone says, War is not the solution, They are right, War is not the solution but it is a way to reach towards a solution. The same is true with a Peaceful Agreement and talks - a way to reach towards a solution. Neither of them are any solution..but just a way.
We have now to choose the better way, in order to establish common ground, and it depends on the person/group with whom you are having agreements...
If it's a cat, you can cuddle it, and talk to it.
But if it's a tiger, your approach would not be same.
So we need to decide, which way fits better with what situation and also need to focus on the INTENTION.
A Peaceful talk done with wrong intention is morally bad and an offensive act done to save you and your family from a murderer is morally good, in self defence.

Sleep Deprivation is deadly -
1. If you sleep 0 hrs in 1 day - It is equivalent to smoking 20 cigarettes per day over time.
2. Sleeping consistently 4-6hrs per day can rise your mortality risk by 15-30% and it also increases the risk of heart disease by 48%.
Note - Sleeping less than 6hrs for just few days in a month or two can be bearable but doing it consistently can make your brain weaker and push you towards diseases.
In this digital age of social media, do not get used by it, save yourself, and sleep well, because that is how you can make your brain healthy in long term.

There is something I want you all to know and be aware as a citizen, is that people whom you follow thinking as if they are speaking for your good and seems logical and neutral are not actually what they seems.
I am analysing recent tweets of Dhruv Rathee, and here is my views.
1. They are using his video, and maybe he is also using average Indians to believe in something as Dhruv is a "neutral buddhijeevi" but in reality he is not. What he does is he constantly blame and defame people if they are not aligning with his views.
Can any neutral people will say "Believe me as right, or you are an andhbhakt?"
2. When he is saying "Bhartiya Ekta" it is about unity under one country and not under an umbrella of religion, but on every single way, about language, food, regional difference, etc
But the point he wanted to deliver is focused only towards "Religion". And how can people be united religiously if there is so much on going conflicts in the name of it.. which is actually based on facts.
3. According to Dhruv - If someone mistakenly say something wrong - He should be blocked immediately...
Yeah, We are not living in democracy, we are living in Dhruv's dictatorship world, just blocking him is the solution...
Simply, when Dhruv make mistake, just block his twitter?

By the intervention of USA in the India-Pakistan conflict, there has been announcement of Immediate and complete ceasefire from the both sides.
But India must and should be vigilant against Pakistan and their terror outfits in Pakistan as well as in India.
795
Most of the countries in the world are standing with India 🇮🇳 during this conflict, the reason is not against Pakistan as a country but against it's religious extremist intentions against the Hindus and other faiths and the actions it takes to execute it.
We are not fighting with Pakistan for peace in India, but we are fighting from Islamic barbaric radical mindset, which needs to be tackled down for the betterment of the whole world.
World must win.

Anulom Vilom, also known as alternate nostril breathing, is a type of pranayama in yogic practice. Several scientific studies have investigated its physiological and psychological effects. Here are scientifically supported benefits:
1. Improved Lung Function
Studies show increased lung capacity, tidal volume, and peak expiratory flow rate.
Regular practice helps people with asthma and bronchitis breathe more efficiently.
Source: International Journal of Yoga (2010), Lung India (2012)
2. Reduced Stress and Anxiety
Anulom Vilom activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation.
Cortisol levels (stress hormone) decrease with regular practice.
Source: Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine (2013)
3. Better Cardiovascular Health
Lowers blood pressure and heart rate.
Enhances heart rate variability (HRV), a marker of cardiovascular resilience.
Source: Indian Journal of Physiology and Pharmacology (2005)
4. Improved Cognitive Function
Enhances attention, memory, and executive function.
Increases alpha brain wave activity, associated with calm alertness.
Source: Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine (2013)
5. Balanced Autonomic Nervous System
Restores balance between the sympathetic ("fight or flight") and parasympathetic ("rest and digest") systems.
Leads to emotional stability and mental clarity.
Source: BioPsychoSocial Medicine (2017)
6. Enhanced Sleep Quality
Reduces symptoms of insomnia and improves sleep onset and depth.
Beneficial for people with sleep apnea or disturbed sleep patterns.

We treat all those great personality who fought for Independence as a true hero, who gave their life for a peaceful country for the coming generation,
Are all those people not patriotic?
795
Remember, Patriotism doesn't exist for short term pleasure it exist for long term future gains.
And right now, True patriotism demands complete elimination.
795
Those who support deescalation basically wants this terrorist attacks to continue in future.
We want permanent solution of Peace.
No temporary peace agreement with a nation will exist if it's defence minister threat the whole world for NUCLEAR attack.
