Infosys : Infosys inaugurated its new digital centre in Calgary, Alberta in Canada. The company estimates that it will create 1,000 jobs over the next two years. Amara Raja Batteries : Amara Raja Batteries is planning to integrate the plastic component business of Mangal Industries with itself. Jubilant FoodWorks : The company has acquired a 29.24% stake in Roadcast Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. Vodafone Idea :  Vi and state-owned Energy Efficiency Services (EESL) will install 33.3 lakh additional smart meters in UP and Haryana. BSE : BSE has received final approval from SEBI for introducing Electronic Gold Receipt (EGR) on its platform. Embassy Office Parks REIT : Blackstone will sell 7.7 crore units of Embassy REIT worth Rs 2,650 cr via block deals on September 27, as per media reports. Mahindra Logistics : Mahindra Logistics will acquire Rivigo's B2B express business. Rivigo is a logistics startup. Forbes & Company : Forbes and Company announced the demerger of its precision tools and machine parts business.

🟢The rapid up-move brings in buyers and catches stop loss orders. The traders who are already selling (shorting) the market, become alarmed and cover their positions. It is a common strategy to suddenly move-up prices to catch the stop loss orders by bigger hands. This action is seen after signs of weakness and frequently indicates the start of a falling market. Once the market is known to have become weak, bigger hands can move the prices up quickly, to trap you. The same happened yesterday. This kind of scenarios is the weak market scenarios and sign of distribution in the short term

Stocks in News Today ✅ Tata Steel : Seven of Tata Group's metal companies will merge with Tata Steel. The companies include Tata Metaliks, Tata Steel Long Products, and Tinplate. Reliance Industries : Reliance New Energy will acquire a 20% stake in US-based Caelux for $12 million. Reliance New Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries. Airtel : Singtel has sold around a 1.6% stake in Airtel to Bharti Telecom Ltd (BTL) for Rs 7,262 crore. Hero MotoCorp : The automaker has raised the prices of its products by up to Rs 1,000. Future Enterprises : The company has been granted a 3 months extension to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Bombay Dyeing : Board approved a proposal to raise funds up to Rs 940 crore by way of rights issue of equity shares. Ashoka Buildcon : Ashoka Buildcon has received a new Rs 256 crore project from South Western Railway. KPIT Technologies : KPIT Technologies announced the acquisition of German company Technica Engineering for Rs 640 crore.
