LISTENING BAND 9 For some people achieving a band 9 in listening comes easy because of long years of consistent exposure to language, but that's not the case for the many. Students do practice after practice, failing bitterly, still ending up at 5.5-6. Why does listening take them so long to improve? Wrong approach.
