Одним из самых популярных мест для остановки приезжих является гостиница «Дубна» с её историческим «шахматным» фасадом. ⚛️ А более 20 лет назад, жарким июлем 2003 года, в Институте начались эксперименты по синтезу московия — элемента с атомным номером 115. Открытый учёными ОИЯИ совместно с Ливерморской национальной лабораторией (США), элемент получил своё название в честь Московской области — региона местоположения Объединённого института. ______ July wallpapers for your smartphones 🌅 The middle of summer is traditionally the time when JINR and Dubna host especially many guests. One of the most popular places for visitors to stay is the Dubna Hotel with its historical "chessboard" façade. ⚛️ Let's travel back in time: 21 year ago, in the hot July of 2003, the Institute began experiments on the synthesis of moscovium, the element with an atomic number 115. Discovered by JINR scientists together with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (USA), the element was named after the Moscow Region, where the Joint Institute is located.

#jinr_students 🌌 Победительница викторины Минобрнауки РФ побывала в ОИЯИ Возможность посетить комплекс NICA ЛФВЭ ОИЯИ и своими глазами увидеть, как международная команда учёных работает над мегасайенс-проектом, студентка четвёртого курса Бауманки Татьяна Митрофанова получила благодаря победе в викторине Минобрнауки России. В феврале этого года Татьяна приняла участие в тематическом дне «Наука и университеты» Международной выставки-форума «Россия», на котором и состоялась викторина. Студентке удалось лучше и быстрее всех ответить на вопросы о главных достижениях в области науки, технологий и высшего образования. В ЛФВЭ ОИЯИ сотрудники лаборатории провели для Татьяны обзорную экскурсию по территории ускорительного комплекса. 🔹 «Наука и университеты» — нацпроект РФ, ключевой задачей которого является воспитание и поддержка нового поколения учёных, способных совершать великие открытия. Мегасайенс-проект NICA также реализуется при активной поддержке этого проекта. ➡️ Подробнее ______ 🌌 Winner of quiz by Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education visits JINR A senior student at Bauman University Tatyana Mitrofanova got the opportunity to visit the NICA Complex at VBLHEP at JINR and see the international team of scientists working on the megascience project, all thanks to winning a quiz by the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education. This February, Tatyana took part in the Science and Universities Day of the International Russia Forum, where the quiz took place. The student managed to answer questions about the main achievements in the field of science, technology, and higher education better and faster than anyone else. At VBLHEP at JINR, the laboratory team gave Tatyana a tour around the accelerator complex. 🔹 Science and Universities is a national project of Russia aiming to educate and support a new generation of scientists capable of making great discoveries. #jinr_cooperation 👌 ОИЯИ и Росатом расширяют сотрудничество Вчера на полях II Международного ядерного форума «Обнинск NEW» директор ОИЯИ Григорий Трубников и генеральный директор ГК «Росатом» Алексей Лихачёв подписали обновлённое соглашение о сотрудничестве по ряду ключевых проектов ОИЯИ: NICA, Фабрика сверхтяжёлых элементов, Baikal-GVD, ИБР-2 и других. 🔹 Первым шагом реализации договорённостей стало подписание договора о присоединении ОИЯИ к международному консорциуму на базе реактора МБИР. 🔹 На форуме также состоялось пленарное заседание «Мир, вдохновленный атомом: наша общая мечта на следующие 70 лет», модератором которого выступил Григорий Трубников. Участники обсудили перспективы атомной энергетики и роль молодого поколения в формировании атомной отрасли. Фото агентства A3 Agency и участников мероприятия. ➡️ Подробнее ______ 👌 JINR and Rosatom deepen cooperation Yesterday, alongside the 2nd Obninsk NEW International Nuclear Forum, JINR Director Grigory Trubnikov and Rosatom Director General Alexey Likhachev signed an updated cooperation agreement on a number of key JINR projects: NICA, Superheavy Element Factory, Baikal-GVD, IBR-2, and others. 🔹 The first step of its implementation was the signing of an agreement on the accession of JINR to the International Consortium, thus joining the MBIR Reactor Project. 🔹 In addition, the forum hosted a plenary session "Inspowered by atom: our dream for the next 70 years", moderated by Grigory Trubnikov.
