Think about how prominent public figures always speak with a sense of authority and confidence. On the contrary, talking with a meek tone suggest that you have no authority and are not in control. It also shows in the way you speak; inviting someone for a drink using "Come and grab a drink with me" shows more authority rather than asking permission: "Would you like to have a drink with me?" Authority can also be showed in these ways: ✨ Be more assertive especially when it comes to discussing what you need and want. Don't be ashamed to go after your goals. If someone begins to cross your boundaries, speak up about it. ✨ Body language can say more about authority than you think. Hold your head high ad keep your back straight.
