🟢 General English Main Teacher
— Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience
— IELTS 7.5+ or an equivalent valid CEFR certificate
— Confident classroom management with groups of 15+ students
— Experience with international coursebooks and level-based assessment
— Responsible, punctual and open to professional growth
🟢 English Support Teacher
— At least 1 year of teaching, co-teaching or teaching-assistant experience
— Strong command of English
— Genuine motivation to grow into a Main Teacher position
— Reliable, attentive and willing to learn from experienced teachers
🟢 SAT Math Teacher
—SAT score of 800
— Minimum 2 years of teaching or test-preparation experience
— Strong mathematics background, including Algebra, Problem Solving and Advanced Math
— Ability to explain mathematics clearly in English
— SAT experience is an advantage, but training is provided
— Patience and consistency when working with test-preparation students
🟢 SAT English Main Teacher
— Minimum 2 years of teaching or test-preparation experience
— IELTS 7.5+ / SAT score range between 700-800
— Strong understanding of SAT Reading & Writing
🟢 SAT English Support Teacher
— SAT score of 650+
— Teaching or tutoring experience is preferred
— Interest in developing a career in test preparation

I’m incredibly proud to share the result of Ne'matulloh — a friend of mine and, at the same time, one of my students.

Only 0.5 away from an 8.5. 🤯
Getting a 9.0 in both Listening and Reading is an achievement in itself. But what makes this result even more exciting is that I genuinely believe Ne'matulloh can go higher.
And here's the thing…
This is NOT the end of the story.
Inshallah, we're already preparing for the retake. 🎯
The goal?

Not because an 8.0 isn't phenomenal — it absolutely is.
But because when you know someone has more potential, sometimes the job is simply to help them unlock it.

Today, I want to share the result of one of my students, Shahzoda, who is only around 16 years old.
🎧 Listening — 6.5
📖 Reading — 6.0
✍️ Writing — 6.5
🗣 Speaking — 7.0
🏆 Overall — 6.5
On paper, this is a great IELTS result.
But as her teacher, I have to be honest:
This result was one of the biggest upsets of my entire teaching career.
Not because 6.5 is a bad score — it absolutely isn't.
But because I know what Shahzoda is capable of.
She has phenomenal potential. She has the ability, the language, the discipline and the academic maturity to score 7.0+.
Unfortunately, due to some issues on the exam day, she wasn't able to demonstrate her true level.
And sometimes, that's simply what happens in an exam.
One test day doesn't always capture everything a student can do.
But here's the exciting part…
THE STORY ISN'T OVER. 🚀
A retake is coming.
And Inshallah, this time we'll see a score that is much closer to the level Shahzoda has been showing throughout her preparation.
I genuinely believe there is a very different result waiting for her. 🔥
So, Shahzoda — 6.5 is not your ceiling. It's just your current score.
The next chapter is coming.

Today, I’m incredibly proud to share the result of one of my students — Overall Band 6.0 (B2) at just 14–15 years old! 🔥

What makes this result truly special is not only the score, but the journey behind it.
When she first joined my class, she was honestly very doubtful. She wasn't sure whether I could actually help her achieve her goals.
But she decided to stay.
And from that moment on, she worked hard, kept learning, kept improving, and kept showing up. 💪
Today, that doubt has turned into a fantastic IELTS result.
At 14–15, achieving B2 and an overall 6.0 is something she should be extremely proud of. 🌟
This is a reminder that sometimes you don't need to be confident at the beginning.
You just need to trust the process, keep working, and not give up.
