A new and unknown Russian APC/IFV has appeared likely based on the chassis of a T-72 or a T-80 near the UralVagonZavod in Nizhny Tagil. Although very similar looking, it isn’t the Kurganets-25, as the Kurganets has 7 Roadwheels, where as this new one has only 6. The roadwheels seem fairly large but not of the same size as a T-72/90, hence I personally lean towards it being based on the T-80.

A batch of highly mobile fire control automation systems for mixed artillery units "Planchet-A" ("Планшет-А") based on armoured vehicles "Atlet" ("Атлет") was handed over to Russian units the previous day and will be deployed in the nearest future on priority areas in the SMO zone. The complex was developed by "АО ВНИИ Сигнал" (part of "Высокоточных комплексов") on the basis of domestic processors "Komdiv-64" ("Комдив-64").
Located on the Atlet armoured vehicles , the terminals of the complex provide target designation from the Zoo-Park-1M ("Зоопарк-1М"), Yastreb-AV ("Ястреб-АВ"), Aistenok ("Аистёнок") counter-battery radars, as well as the Sobolyatnik ("Соболятник") ground reconnaissance radar and the widest range of optoelectronic reconnaissance UAVs.
its analysis and displays the curated information to the officers, then target distribution between the units of individual guns, platoons and batteries of barrel and rocket artillery through secure radio data exchange channels is given.
The terminals of the "Tablet-A" ("Планшет-А") complex are based on high-performance CPUs and have software with algorithms for calculating azimuthal and angular positions of guns in accordance with the remoteness of targets, individual ballistics of guns and shells, as well as meteorological conditions.
It is also reported that the Planchet-A systems are capable of functioning as unified battery command posts of mixed anti-aircraft missile brigades based on Strela-10M3/MN, Tor-M2, Verba, etc. SAMs.

🇺🇸🇷🇺US intelligence has been struck by the speed and extent to which Russia has strengthened its security relations with Iran, North Korea and China since the outbreak of the conflict in Ukraine.
Military cooperation has grown closer since February 2022 and has seen the allies share sensitive technologies that could threaten the United States and its partners long after the conflict in Ukraine ends.
Russia and its allies have entered into agreements to jointly produce weapons, which improves the long-term capabilities of all parties.

This appears to be part of the usual pattern regarding shipments of arms to Ukraine.
As aid packages arrive, the gap closes slightly only to widen yet again once those supplies are rapidly exhausted.
In any case Russia maintains an overwhelming advantage in terms of artillery.
