We will use the Rebase Token function to ensure a stable price, avoiding market panic. The process is as follows:
1. Execute total supply reduction,
a. The total supply after performing this function will be down to 98,891,110 FLAG tokens.
b. After performing this function, the tokens of all holders will be reduced in proportion to the ratio provided above
c. All token values are preserved, only the amount of tokens in circulation is reduced.
Then, we will start a plan to buy back the tokens that have been unlocked unexpectedly. We will announce a specific wallet list and buyback form today
