As per orders of W.DPI Sir , 1All leaves forwarded to Head office must be check thoroughly and should be sent without any discrepancies 1. Documentation not checked on each level may call explainations from concerned 2.While sending ex India leaves , passports has to be checked physically by concerned principal and he will attest scanned each page of passport 3.If passport’s page numbers are not clear in PDF , reject the application at your own level and convey the concerned to attach clear page of passport 4.leave balance of each leave is most important as told earlier too 5. May it be earned,halfpay, medical or any other leave …the leave balance in the concerned account should be mentioned by principal in each performa . DEOs to reject the leave at their own level if balance is not mentioned. Whatever type of leave is taken by employee, the leave balance should be clearly mentioned in remarks and performa that how much leaves are left in employee’s account . For example if anyone is applying for medical/ earned leaves then in performa it should be written Column XX leaves (xx means number of leaves) it shouldn’t come to us as ‘ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਅਨੂਸਾਰ’ and remarks also proper recommendations of principal and Deo are mandatory..remarks should not be for further actions ..remarks should be clear wether ‘ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦੇਣੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ‘ no leaves should come to us without recommendations and leave balance .

ਕੁੱਝ ਤੱਥ ਜ਼ੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਨਯੋਗ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਆਪਾਂ ਇਸ ਮਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਨਿੱਜਠਣਾ ਹੈ 1:-ਪੀ ਟੈੱਟ ਪੇਪਰ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਝ ਪੇਜ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸਨ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਸਮਾਂ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਹੋਇਆ 2:-ਪੀ ਟੈੱਟ ਪੇਪਰ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਕਾਫੀ ਗਲਤ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਪੇਸ਼ ਆਈ 3:-ਪੀ ਟੈੱਟ ਪੇਪਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਸੇ ਐੱਸ ਐੱਸ ਟੀ ਵਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਉੱਤਰ ਮੋਟੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਛਪੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਤੱਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜ਼ੋ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਲੈਣਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਤਰੁੰਤ ਅਮਲ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਆਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੀ ਟੈੱਟ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਪੇਪਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਰੁੰਤ ਕਿ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ ਇਸ ਲਈ  ਕੋਈ ਧਰਨਾ ਜਾਂ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਸਭ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਸੰਖੇਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਓ ਜੀ
