Why? → 100% OFS → NSE gets zero fresh capital → ~66% EBITDA margins → ₹18,700 Cr revenue → Potential ₹5 lakh Cr+ valuation → ~50x earnings BSE listed around 25x P/E in 2017. NSE is arguably a stronger business. But it could also be entering the market at a much richer valuation. That’s where the real risk lies. 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 ≠ 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
