We are also told that civilization rescued us from violence. Yet the archeological record shows that organized warfare, mas slaughter, conquest, and standing armies all began with civilization. Civilization institutionalized violence. Slavery, patriarchy, colonization, and police, all born from the need to protect power and surplus. To call hunter-gatherers "backward" is to project the neurosis of a dying civilization onto people who were genuinly free. They lived without rulers, without prisons, without bosses, and without the spiritual emptiness that haunts the modern world. THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT HUNTER-GATHERERS Hunter-gatherers were not slaves to the clock or the market. Their "work" was gathering, hunting, preparing food, crafting tools which took a few hours a day. The rest of their time was spent resting, socializing, and creating. Civilization has convinced us that endless labor is natural, that exhaustion is noble, and that consumption is reward, yet none of this is inherent to human life. For most of our history, we "worked" less and lived more. A persistent myth is that primitive life was brutal and short, but archeological and anthropologicak evidence tells a different story. Many huntee-gatherer groups had lower infant-mortality rates than early agricultural populations. Their diets rich in meat were also far more nutritious than the grain-heavy diet of early farmers, whose skeletons show signs of malnutrition, stunted growth, and disease. Kaczynski further on gives the example of hunter-gatherer societies in which nuclear families belong to clans, and clans are organized in tribes. Nuclear families, clans and tribes are all self-propagating systems of different levels. The nuclear family is a sub-system of the clan, and the clan is a sub-system of the tribe. In extension, nuclear families are sub-systems that form a clan, and clans are themselves sub-systems forming a tribe. However, the self-propagating systems which are interesting for the anti-tech movement are large-scale human organizations who have become hegemonic with technological development and the growing integration of human groups within a world-system formed by industrial infrastructures. **WHAT ARE SELF-PROPAGATING SYSTEMS?** As we previously discussed about what the technological-system was and what made it function, we mentioned so-called "self-propagating systems". A self-propagating system, is a systen that tends to promote its own survival and propagation. As Kaczynski described in "Why The Technological System Will Destroy Itself" (2011), the system may propagatw itself in one or two ways. It may indefinitely increase its own size and / or power or it may give new rise to new systems that possess some of its own traits and attributes.

THE TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEM EXPLAINED BRIEFLY The technological-system is in short, an autonomous entity that has a self-propelling force and internal logic. This essentially means that once technology develops, it begins to drive its own expansion, rather than being fully controlled by human choices. The system is self-propelling because with each new technology developed, more pressure is created and needs for more technology. For example, new machines require new energy-systems, regulation, infrastructure, etc. It has an internal logic because the system follows what keeps it efficient, competetive and functioning, even if societies and individuals prefer otherwise. This is self-paved technological expansion can better be understood with the term "self-propagating systems". A system that tends to promote its own survival and propagation. *(will be explained in another post)*

BIO-TECHNOLOGY: DISASTROUS FOR THE HUMAN RACE By optimizing intelligence, strenght, behaviour, through bio-technology and genetic-modification, these technologies reduce humanity to something that can be engineered and controlled. The power to rewrite genes will inevitably lead to all from biological inequality to designing humans for exploitation, control and even warfare. Another thing to note is that when new technologies appear optional when first introduced, eventually society restructures itself in such a way that these technologies become necessary just to survive. Even if in the highly unlikely scenario that gene-modification is optional, due to it increasing the efficiency of the human by such a large magnitude, individuals who embrace such technology will be propagandized as superior, with those remaining in their natural forms socially ostracized.

Only focusing on ecologism runs the risk of inviting undesired people into the movement. Movements that preach saving nature do not understand that the technological-system is the root cause and the destruction inflicted on the natural world is an inevitable result that cane with the introduction of modern technology. Since these movements do not comprehend that the system cannot be reformed, their wide latitude of rebellion is payed of by the syste- continuous small comprimises. For instance, too much green hous gas emissions? The system will offer "green-energy production" as a solution labeling it as "sustainable".

WHY THE ANTI-TECH MOVEMENT'S MAIN FOCUS SHOULD BE THE COMPLETE DESTRUCTION OF THE SYSTEM AND NOT SAVING NATURE Nature can take care of itself, it was a spontaneous creation that existed long before any human society. The elimination of the technological-system is by far the more important task than "nature restoration". Whether or not the biosphere will be able to sustain complex life, humans included, will depend on how soon the collapse goes down. That is why we must exert ourselves to the outmost to ensure that we have a working revolution and can push the system to collapse when we have the chance.

THE FIRST DAYS AFTER THE COLLAPSE: If the collapse does happen, which presumably will not happen in the near future, there will not be any fuel or spare parts for farm machinery, there won’t be any of the pesticides or artificial fertilizers on which modern agriculture has become dependent. Trucks and trains will also not be running to transport any food that is produced to the places where it’s needed. The consequences will be that people will not have enough to eat. Not to mention other necessities such as clothing, fuel for heating and cooking, or potable water. There will also be immense violence, people fighting and scrambling what little food there is left and other scarce resources. The collapse of the technoindustrial system will unleash aggressive and competitive impulses.

HIT WHERE IT HURTS!!!!! A mistake many anti-tech thinkers make is that they focus on specific issues of society that the system can afford a comprimise on. The system is highly adaptable and can easily recover and become more powerful than it was before from blows hit where it actually doesn't hurt. An analogy i like to make is how the technological-system acts like the Hydra from greek mythology. Each serpent's head represents an issue of modern society. For every head severed, more heads sprouts from the stump. Basically, trying to speed up the collapse of the techno-industrial system by targeting or blaming certain groups of people "in power" or non-essential problems of society, will only give the system justification to expand its already infringing surveillence, brutal repression and technological control. According to the mythology, the Hydra typically has nine heads and one central head from which all the other heads branches off from. Cutting off the main head's neck will prevent all the other heads from growing back. This is to say that attacking the actual foundational pillars of the system is what is actually going to hurt the systen. To be less vague, this would involve targeting the economic and technological basis of the system, such as powerful institutions and the power grid.

THE SYSTEM WILL COLLAPSE, WITH OR WITHOUT A REVOLUTION Eventually, the inner contradictions within the system are going to become so amplified that there will be a collapse, with our without an anti-tech revolution. Whether it will be a revolution or not, mass violence is going to be unleashed. The coming years will prove to be increasingly cynical, and i cannot stress enough the importance of getting organized and preparing.!It is absolute paramount that we do succeed in creating a working revolution with the correct ideological direction if we are to reclaim our autonomy and save wild nature.

In order for there to be a successful revolution, the anti-tech movement must have educated revolutionaries that work within the system. The only way to defeat the technological system is exactly by using the very technology that enslaves humanity. It should be obvious to us that one must know how to use such technology if we are to rebel against the system. Destroying technology that sustains the system is simply a means of crippling the system. Our objective is to target the economic basis and institutions that the system is founded upon. Therefore it is paramount that we have highly dedicated people that have jobs and work for the system, so that we can infiltrate the core of the technological system much easier. Also, Our goal is not to overthrow governments, but to destroy the foundational pillars of the technological system. Otherwise, we'll make room for other governments to replace the one before.
