"Increasing Diversity and Declining Generosity" In the United States White Americans are the most likely to formally volunteer in a given year, with a rate of 37.7%. This is significantly higher than the Hispanic volunteer rate of 25.2% or the Black volunteer rate which sits at 26.2%. These trends hold true when considering charitable giving. Some 58% of White households in the general population give to charitable causes, while only 33% of Hispanic and 34% of Black households do so. A 2016 study found that for every 10 point increase in ethnic and religious diversity a community’s charitable giving declines by 15%. This same study also found that when the share of the White population increases by 10 percentage points charitable giving per adult increases by 106 US dollars. While a University of Maryland study found that between 2000 and 2014 charitable giving in the United States declined by 11.3 percentage points, in line with the near 12 point collapse in the White share of the US population. The health of civil society is extremely important to policymakers. Supplemental medical care, canned food drives, church counseling services, and all-volunteer response groups take significant pressure off of policymakers at the local and national level. Without these services being provided by a generous American public the duty will increasingly fall on an overburdened, overstretched, and in some cases largely disinterested state.

"The Great Replacement and Norway" Like many other White peoples Norwegians are rapidly being reduced to minority in their own homeland. In 1990 Norwegians were 93.23% of their country's population, but by 2021 the Norwegian share of the population had collapsed to 75.49%. Norwegians are already a minority in parts of Oslo, the nation's capital. More than 1,152,000 immigrants live in Norway, a country of just 5.4 million, and this number continues to rise sharply each year. Non-Whites born in Norway boast a crime rate 2.5 times higher than native Norwegians. While immigrants from Africa have a crime rate 3.4 times higher. Each non-White immigrant in Norway costs the Norwegian taxpayer 4.1 million crowns (or $371,000) over the course of their lifetime. Still, more than 730,000 immigrants are yet to acquire Norwegian citizenship, and laws are in place which could be used to reverse the Great Replacement in Norway. The industrial Midwest was once one of the richest areas in the entire world. No region had a more robust, productive, and secure middle class. Midwestern Whites produced the vehicles, machines, and technology that drove the industrialization of not only America but much of the West and the world. But, due to unchecked movements of people from within the US and abroad Midwestern Whites have been pushed out of their own cities. Chicago is now one of the most violent cities in the world. While Detroit has become the most impoverished city in America. If Whites do not push for policy change these cities will continue to deteriorate and the rot will spread. "Haitian Immigration Would Be Bad, Actually, Even If They Were Vegans" In his latest piece James Fulford explores the history of Haitian immigration to the United States and the long national debate that has raged about their continuous illegal entry into the United States. Even in the 1930s Haitians were the subject of a national immigration debate while Americans had no idea of what would be visited upon their communities. In the modern day setting Haitians increase traffic fatalities, kill animals without permission or apparent reason, and practice the same unsafe and dangerous ways of life they do in their unfortunate home country. The Dutch are just 68% of their own country's population, and already represent a minority in the nation's major cities. Today 20% of the population in the Netherlands is non-White and upwards of 32% are non-Dutch. Luckily, this population is anything but settled. More than 1.5 million non-Whites in the Netherlands are dual citizens, while only 120,000 are third generation immigrants. In 1960 Virginia was 79.2% White, a share which had been increasing for decades. But, the post-1965 era of mass immigration, legal and illegal, has transformed the state. The state where the colonization of the Americas began, and where the Revolutionary War came to an end, is now just 58.6% White. "Defending a Country Against Haitians (And Others)" In her latest piece White Papers author Vivian P takes a look at how America's neighbor to the South, the Dominican Republic, has dealt with having Haiti on its Western border. The Dominicans have constructed a border wall, complete with fences, gates, watch towers, and advanced surveillance technology. The country's Supreme Court has ruled that illegal alien Haitians and their Dominican born children are not eligible to be citizens of the Dominican Republic. And the country's government has deported more than 225,000 Haitians as of 2023, lowering the Haitian population of the Dominican Republic by nearly 30%. "The Context of UK Integration: Poles and Pakistanis" No, They're Not The Same! By Joseph M Bright Immigration is the talk of the nation. Whether I am at work, walking around a market town, or simply overhearing conversation in line at the shops I am constantly hearing either serious remarks about immigration or some kind of joke where the intent is clearly to criticize multicultural Britain. Everyone understands these jokes or comments and I rarely see people disagree with the idea that immigration has taken this nation off track and send it plunging toward disaster. In the midst of this ongoing discourse surrounding immigration and integration in the UK immigrant communities are often lumped into one singular whole and the assertion is made that they need to “integrate better” into British society. People complain about Indians and Romanians in the same breath or comparing Poles to Pakistanis. Nigel Farage is famous for kicking up resentment against continental Europeans while pleading for more Indian immigrants. A 2022 paper published by the Centre on International Migration, Remittances and Diaspora has found that Pakistanis in the United Kingdom are becoming less integrated and less engaged over time. Instead, Pakistanis in the United Kingdom are adopting even more Islamic and ethnocentric rituals, practices, and customs in order to differentiate themselves from the native British and other immigrant communities. They have chosen to self-segregate and construct their political and community goals in opposition to what they perceive as the interests of the native British. Integration and multiculturalism have failed. It's time to begin undoing the damage.

"Sweden Adopts Some Repatriation Recommendations" Two weeks ago White Papers published a piece covering Sweden's intention to expand repatriation payments to $15,000 and to extend the program to include repatriating migrants who had been naturalized as Swedish citizens. We praised this effort, but also offered additional recommendations: 1. Increasing the available amount of money to at least $30,000 per repatriate in order to ensure them financial security. 2. Utilizing existing ethnic minority interest organizations to promote the program. 3. A media blitz of politicians and famous Swedes to take to the airwaves, televisions, social media, and print in order to promote the program and make its existence widely known. Now, the Swedish government appears to be taking actions along these lines. The Swedish government has announced that it is seeking to put in place a program to provide migrants with $34,000 to leave the country and return to their homeland. And the Sweden Democrats have announced that this could be paired with a media blitz so that all migrants in the country are made aware of the program. Sweden's ruling parties believe that this program could result in hundreds of thousands of migrants leaving the country. This would mark a significant demographic shift for a country of 10.5 million people of whom just 6.8 million are Swedish. The Great Repatriation is becoming a state policy! "September 11 Wasn’t Allowed To Influence Mass Muslim Immigration" In his latest piece, James Fulford reflects on Muslim immigration to the United States in the 23 years since September 11th, 2001. More immigrants were admitted from Muslim majority states and societies in the 15 years post-9/11 than in the prior 15 years. Even as America waged war in the regions most Muslims call home. "The UK’s 1.7 Million Non-Working Immigrants" In his latest piece Joseph M. Bright writes about the Centre For Immigration Control's report that some 1.7 million unemployed non-citizens in the UK are living off the British the welfare state. The piece explores the incredibly fiscal cost of diversity, with the United Kingdom paying nearly 7.5 times the sums for law and order (policing) that comparable Western societies are paying. It all comes down to rampant and unchecked immigration and diversity. From the national debt, to fiscal deficits, and even the cost of prisons, the UK's immigration policies are impoverishing the (native) British people at an alarming rate. 70% of native Britons oppose this demographic change and 35% believe the Great Replacement is a deliberate and ongoing process. "NATO - Another Anti-Normal Institution" The array of post-war liberal institutions continue to fail the West. White Papers investigates how NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, has long been at the front of imposing liberal ideas on Western countries and peoples. NATO was among the first organizations to extend full benefits to LGBTQ etc couples. At a time when only one member state had recognized gay marriage (the Netherlands). NATO has also been at the vanguard of diversity and inclusion efforts. The organization publishes regular reports about deconstructing homogeneity among its member states in terms of demographics and thinking. In fact, NATO has even published reports on the evils and supposed harms of nationalism. All the while NATO's policies of diversity and inclusion risk leaking sensitive military secrets to adversarial powers such as China. For decades after the turn of the 20th century, Georgia was becoming a Whiter, safer, more prosperous state. By 1900 and 1960 the White share of the state's population increased from roughly 52% to 71.4%! The White population share would peak at 73.4% in the 1970s But, post-1965 immigration policies have radically transformed the state. The Asian population has grown from less than 0.1% in the 1960s to over 5% as of 2020. In that same time period, the Hispanic population has increased from less than 0.3% to nearly 11%. If it were not for post-1965 immigration Whites would still constitute 65% of the Georgian population.
