انشاء الوحدة الخامسه Fast food Fast food is one of the easiest and cheapest ways of eating. It saves a lot of time and money, especially for people who are coming home from work. However, it is the worst enemy of human health these days. It has many negative aspects on humans. One of these negative aspects is that it contains too much fat, oil and salt, which make people overweight and thirsty. Moreover it has a bad effect on the environment because it comes with wrapping which make pollution.
