I just had an epiphany. I been thinking about loyalty and what It means. Like if a customer is loyal then it’s like you have to be loyal to that customer. Loyalty is a 2 way street. But it plays out like it’s a one way street. Like if your customer shop with someone else we say that person aint loyal. But why they shop with someone else? You weren’t avaialbe you didn’t have what they want. Maybe you cant give em that price they on a budget. I remember back in the day you’d have these seshs and if vendors would go somewhere else then whoever doing teh sesh be like u cant come back or if u come here u can’t go no where else. But lets say taht sesh is closed for a week or 2 for whatever reason. Like teh vendor not supposed to sesh. The vendor not supposed to make money to feed his family. You have to be loyal to that person, you cant be off 2 weeks. Thats why we don’t close 7 days a week. You guys fuck with us and we gotta fuck with you. And the epiphany is I’m not getting that from my “team” Take off whenever, Come whenever, Do whatever and I’m realizing my loyalty to the team. The company’s loyalty is NOT being returned. Im realizing my loyalty to my team is NOT a 2 way street. I’m even starting to feel like some people think they doing me a favor. 4 Times today I saw messages where people say it never took this long in some ways shits getting worst. All yesterday I’m hearing stories about this delivery too far I don’t want to do it. And I never hear this shit but apparently thats whats going on. There’s no loyalty to the success of the company and the biggest thing stopping our growth is deliveries. Personally if my delivery takes 3 hours its, fuck you and the price I go some where else. So I’m super grateful for how many of you guys rock with us day in and day out. I want you to know that problem realized. Problem will be fixed. We’re looking for full time drivers. 10 hours a day couple breaks included. $100 plus $10 per delivery you can also make tips because people appreciate a good delivery. When we’re really going. A driver making bout 3 deliveries at a time about 3 to 4 times a day. Getting a nice check daily aint hard. Theres no taxes coming out yo check. Work hard do your job $200 a day aint hard. Appreciate it. Respect it. Be loyal to the company. Best foot forward it’ll be loyal to you. Whoever looking for a JOB.
